This fryer is great so far. I’ve had it for about a month. Heats up fast and stays hot while frying. Doesn’t take up much room on the counter and looks nice. I love that you can raise the basket out of the oil without opening the lid. Also you can add the food, close the lid and then lower the basket. No grease splatter with this fryer.

The oil always seems to over heat no matter what temp you have it at. Lid is cheap and basket up and down are poorly made.
