I have had mine since 2008! Looking at this version to replace it only because the small rubber seal that holds the coffee in the tank (which pushes open when you press the button) has started to leak. I love this thing, always have. No more dropping glass, no spills, no mess, and for me most important the cats can’t get hurt, nothing gets hot to touch.
