Bought it as a Christmas present and thought it would be the best of both worlds….it’s not. Steams all over the place getting everything soaking wet when you use the single pod method. The carafe drips down the front of itself when you pour the coffee out and the last pot we made, the water didn’t even fill the whole basket of grounds so the coffee came out extremely weak. I’ve only had it 3 months and am regretting it big time. I tried to get my money back through the company (still have the receipt and box) but they only want to replace it with a new one. I’d literally rather lose the money than get another one. It’s terrible.

Nutribullet has excellent customer service, but their coffee pot is junk! Great idea, but always starts leaking! This is the second coffee pot I have gotten. Will never buy the coffee pots again!

I bought this about 3-4 months ago and loved it in the beginning! Being able to make both kcups and a whole pot of coffee was exactly what we wanted. Now after every use there is a puddle of water underneath the coffee maker and all over my counters.. less than impressed.
