I bought my 6QT Duo in May of 2019. After 1 1/2 years of light use, I noticed a rattling noise coming from inside the base when I was reassembling it after cleaning. I removed the bottom plate, and out fell a screw head that had broken off. IP’s only have a 1 year manufacturing warranty, which is in itself pretty poor IMO. When I reached out, they gave me a 25% discount code for a repl base and/or entire unit. On their website, the bases for many of the standard/popular models are out of stock. Why do you think that is? How many people are there with a similar situation to mine? I’m hesitant to repurchase another because of the poor warranty coverage and suspicious optics.

Arrived with the handle broken from the ‘pot’ & cracked. The box was undamaged & the handle wasn;t in the box. It would appear I was sent a broken return that they just put in a new box. (I’m surprised they asked for a rating)
