Whether you’re brewing a single mug or a full pot, the OXO Brew 8-Cup Coffee Maker ensures a better-tasting cup-every time. Engineered with BetterBrew precision brewing to control water temperature, water volume and brewing time. The double-wall, vacuum-insulated thermal carafe keeps your coffee hot. Easily run the convenient cleaning mode to keep the machine in tip-top shape. The Coffee Maker can also brew a single cup of coffee right into your favorite travel mug. While many coffee makers have a heating element under the carafe, this can sometimes result in a bitter, burned or condensed brew. To maintain the quality of the coffee, the Better Brew precision of our 8-cup Coffee Maker relies instead on a thermal carafe, which prevents heat loss, rather than reheatingIf you prefer your coffee hotter, we recommend using a double-walled insulated mug and preheating any milk or creamer you add to your coffee. The greatest heat loss happens when coffee is poured from the carafe to the mug.

Owned a premium coffeemaker before the OXO 8 Cup but it didn’t make great coffee. It’s been a pleasure brewing fresh coffee beans every morning using this fantastic machine. Wish I would’ve purchased the OXO 8 Cup first and been on the road to excellent auto drip coffee sooner. Customer service is awesome too!

Coffee maker came with a defective filter. H there is a hold in the mesh. Coffee grinds spilled all over making a huge mess several times. Order number #5000339775

Generally made good coffee, but multiple times made a big mess. The issue is the carafe top, which has a small hole to let the coffee in and minimize the heat escaping. Sadly, if coffee grounds get past the filter, they can easily clog this tiny hole and cause the coffee to pour onto the counter.
