I’m giving it a 3 star rating because I am not happy with the inner stainless steel pot. This inner pot is made so thin. It burns your food easily. Once your food got burn, it stuck to the bottom of the pot so hard. When you try to scrub it off, you also scrub off the pot too.
Other than that, the thermal pot works great to keep the heat. Your food is still hot after being in the pot for up to 4 hours.

I bought it for my mom, before the holidays. She used it less than five times so far she likes it . I asked my mom to use it just in case it doesn’t work I can still be able return.
This is the first time I bought thermal cooker pot, I wouldn’t buy this product for myself because it looks cheap, the stainless steel of the inside pot look thin
