The popped popcorn gets stuck under the arm and prevents the kernels from moving and popping. Every batch was 20% corn and 80% kernels. I used the special kernels and oil as well as Orville redenbacker and had the same experience every time. I returned it.

The price is a bit much for the size and if it is delivered by UPS they don’t bring it to the door they leave it in the middle of the driveway
