The door latch broke after 2 years of use. Searching around you can see that they have had to sell replacements for this door and latch A LOT. It is sad because I loved this microwave and all of its features, but Samsung went cheap on critical moving parts.

I bought this May 2022 and by August 2023 the door handle came off. Seems like it melted off from a park on the inside. I don’t understand why cheap material is used!
