Super easy to assemble and take apart to store if you need to. Large enough to fit 4 pancakes across at one time. I don’t understand the negative reviews – yes the top is not smooth but it isn’t a negative. Its easy to clean and prevents sticking. I have used this griddle for pancakes, toast, sandwiches and bacon. All of these cooked evenly and quickly.

I picked this one because of the ceramic coating, reasonable price, and great reviews. I am very happy to report that my first pancake experience was great. The photo showing the whole griddle is after I cooked the pancakes and it shows very little residue. It even has enough space to cook upto 6 large pancakes. And because the handles come off (very easily if I may add), it fit in the space of my last griddle.

Been making pancakes like crazy on this since I got it and it works amazingly! They don’t slip and slide around and get the perfect golden brown color every time! Awesome
