We really liked our airfryer toaster.Typically we use it 2-3 times a week.We find it very handy..We have recently began to have trouble with it because the knob for the timer broke off so now we have to use pliers.How can we purchase a know? Please help!!

Received as a gift. Had the features we wanted. Did not like the knobs whose settings were very hard to read (only small notch). However when the heat light turned off very soon, did a check with a pre-calibrated stove thermometer. Waited 10+ mins (too long) for it to heat up and still temp was 50 F low when set to 350F and 100 F low when set to 450 F ! Broil setting did not seem to do anything after waiting 5 mins. Never tried other settings. Returned. Was ours a lemon? Suggest check temperature if you have one of these.

Without the timer switch it won’t come on. If I wiggle the switch it comes on. no good
