The only negative is: it’s hard to clean.

The non-stick coating came off after 6 months of use and the company blamed it on the temperature being set too high even though it’s not possible to operate this waffle maker outside of its temperature controls. Poor quality, poor customer service and a worthless 1 year warranty.

I made it a gift to the VFW for their Sunday morning breakfast and they were very happy to get it. All the people that come in on Sunday really enjoy having having waffles on the menu. It is easy for them to operate and easy to clean up afterwards.
