This is a great machine for us. In the last 5 years, I have worm out 3 cheaper brand cappuchino machines and one drip coffee maker. It was time to just buy the one I wanted. I hope it lasts for a long time. Things I like about this machine: quieter than my other machines, warms up quickly, removable water storage for cappucino/latte options. A few minor considerations: one water refill is from top so it has to be moved out from under cabinets to refill, frothing wand is really short so you have to move it out of the way to make the capuchino each time and if you don’t move it back it can drip milk down the side of the machine. However, I love the built in drip coffee maker when we have guests. I used to spend a lot of time making coffee drinks for everyone, but now there is a fast and easy option for guests who don’t want to wait. Less clutter with a single machine too.

This is a great machine. My 4star rating is only because the coffee pot side is very slow, and the espresso side doesn’t seem to keep the water hot long enough to brew a double shot. Other then that it is great!
