[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new espresso maker. It’s larger than I expected but it is aesthetically pleasing. There is a section for a water container, an area for the coffee beans and blender, plus 2 areas where the coffee waste is disposed. There are two dispensers, one for your espresso and a steamer. The buttons activated by a simple touch and the machine communicates through words on the top portion of the machine or through the spinning colors on the espresso dispenser.
The machine is very easy to operate and notifies you when the beans or water needs to be refilled. The only con I have, is that my steamer spout which can pivot to the left when in use, does not sit center when placed in a neutral position. When in rinsing mode. The spout should clear into the built-in drain. Instead it sprays just past the drain hole, creating a mess. Since you are using whole beans, there is a blender that grinds it down. This is loud, but well worth it.
The app that is used with this machines is pointless unless you changing the water temperature. Things that are supposed to be customizable, don’t function in the app. You’re no even able to schedule your morning coffee.
Besides this minor issue, the machine operates well, and my coffee tastes great. Simply download the recipes to your typical coffee drinks and you should be good to go. I definitely recommend, since it makes the coffee making process fun.

This is our third espresso machine. We love the espresso it makes while also making things simple. The convenience of this machine and the quality taste makes this machine awesome and an absolute win. Would definitely recommend!
