First dehydrator I’ve bought and had limited experience with them. Wanted to make beefy jerky and found this on sale. I can say from my use that it dehydrates evenly and effectively. Rotation racks helps too. I can do 3 pounds of beefy cut in 1/4 strips in 5-6 hours with 5 racks. It has info in the manual to guide you if you looking to do fruit and other things. Racks are dishwasher safe but recommends not using heated dry as could get too hot for plastic trays.
The digital display and controls and simple and easy to use. Set time and temp, you’re good to go.

It’s a little loud, but works great. It’s trial & error working out time needed. It’s easy tho & would definitely purchase again.
