A great appliance , turns out perfect rice every time! I am so happy with my “Electric Nonstick Rice Cooker”, though it is bigger than my old one, this one hold/makes “8-Cup (Uncooked) 16-Cup (Cooked).” It takes up a little more space on the counter, but as I said turns out perfect rice every time! It is super easy to use and equally easy to clean!

Let’s start off with the “not so good”. 1. The measuring cup provided is not to scale. I poured a cup of rice from the provided measuring cup into one I have been using for years and I came up a little short. 2. The rice came out a bit soggy. That’s nothing more heat and time can’t fix. Now for the good. I really like that it’s nonstick because rice loves to stick to everything. With this cooker you don’t have to worry about that. It cooks the rice pretty fast as well. The directions made setting up the rice cooker easy. I also really like the spoon that it came with because you can use it to stir the rice as it cooks. More than anything though, I like how when the rice gets too hot that it switches from cooking mode to warming mode. That’s a great feature. It also came with this cool apron that I just had to rock to the fullest.

I wanted a larger rice cooker than I had but that also had a lid I could open while cooking and used simple mechanics. This was cheap and fit the bill. Highly recommend.
