I make a lot of wild rice on the brown rice setting. I only use one scoop at a time, but every time a few of the pieces of rice and a lot of liquid comes out of the steam holes and makes a big slimy mess 🙁 Does anyone have any ideas about what I can do differently? The mess it makes is no fun to clean up!

I bought the grain cooker because it cooked grains as well as rice. I love my Nutri Bullett blender but I am extremely disappointed in the grain cooker. For 1 or 2 people rice and grains and overcooked and gluggy. I have tried with the measuring cup as well as the markings inside the bowl. My cheap rice cooker did a much better job.
