I bought one a year ago and same thing happened, ended up buying a second one because they never have rectangle pot to buy by itself. First one bubbled up like in pictures then rusted. Now this one which was bought this last fall is doing same thing and I have only used twice. Decided with this one I would wash by hand in case it was dishwasher on first one that made it bubble up. Nope it happened again. Will be looking for a different brand. Wanted this one to begin with because it was lighter weight.

The first 2 times i used this cooker I loved it but the pot is manufactured poorly the teflon comes off after 2 uses I could actually live that but the pan rusts the minute the teflon falls off

I bought a few months ago. I have always used west bend cookers instead of crockpot because west cookers are much lighter to pick up. I am adding a picture of my last cooker and loved it. I tried top find one like it but only found this style cooker. I am learning how to use the new one, but would love the other style. The performance of the new one is excellent.
