This is the most popular rice maker brand among Chinese so I felt good ordering this. It makes perfect rice because it has a fuzzy logic that recognizes how much time left the rice has before it’s fully cooked. I’ve been using a cheap rice cooker that has a lid with a little vapor hole and my rice always got stuck at the bottom. With this one no rice was stuck at the bottom, the rice come out perfectly cooked. It’s very easy to use, basically you select what type of rice you’re cooking and press the “cooking” button. The only thing that I don’t like is the clock only allows for military time, or at least I didn’t see in the manual how to change it. The clock is always on because it has a battery, so even if it’s not plugged in. The cord is removable for easy storage. It also comes with measuring cups, spoon, and spoon holder. It has a delay timer so you can start the rice at a later time.

It seems well made, has a lot of features, and is very easy to use.This is my first rice cooker so I can’t compare it to any others. I found it very simple to use. You simply put in the desired amount of rice using one of the provided cups and fill water to the corresponding line the bowl. You then close the lid, choose the setting/type of rice, and press a button to start it. It really could not be more easy. It plays a little chime when its done. There are settings for white, brown, sushi, and sweet rice, as well as for porridge. It has a warming feature to keep the rice warm for a while after it finishes cooking.
In addition to the automatic settings, you can manually set the cook time in order to prepare the rice exactly the way you want it. It also comes with a plastic spatula for storing/serving the rice.
When cooking, the outside says cool, except for where the steam is vented out of the top. Cleaning is pretty easy. Both pieces to clean, the bowl and the top/lid remove very easily.

This rice cooker solves all the problems that I can’t overcome cooking rice for myself. Normally my rice turns out awful every time I make it myself. This rice cooker makes it nearly perfect. It has settings for cooking the following types of rice:
-White/Mixed
-Rinse-free
-Quick cooking
-Sushi
-Porridge
-Sweet
-Brown
This comes with 2 measuring cups and a spatula. The instructions are very easy to follow and the results are great. Each cycle takes roughly an hour, the exception being brown rice which takes 90-120 minutes. The cooker plays a nice jingle when you start it and when it finishes. When it finishes cooking, it automatically goes into “keep warm” mode, which DOESN’T dry the rice out. It’s amazing!
Another absolutely wonderful feature of this cooker is the timer function. When the correct time is set on the machine and you use the timer, you choose the time that you want the rice to be FINISHED cooking. Some adjustments may be needed as to the amount of water depending on whether you are cooking short/medium/long grain rice, but the results are far superior than cooking a rice disaster by yourself.
