This didn’t even last 10 months of normal use, bought the best one they make, and when it worked, it worked well. Now it sits collecting dust on my counter because it decided to blow up instead of light up one day. You cannot get a real live person, nobody answers phones, very hard to contact this company for any reason. Do yourself a favor, and look at another brand, as the customer service is non-existent.

Actually, one thing works; the air fryer.
It seems that only the air fryer works. I can’t get any other cooking function to work. Furthermore, the temperature and timer are not programmable. The timer registers “360,” while the temp reads “3” (see attached). I’ve tried to simply make toast, the toast icon blinks, and the air fryer icon always blinks. I can’t stop the air fry fan, even when I select “the “stop” function or shut the power off unless I unplug the unit. Nothing works. The oven is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. I’ve just submitted a claim for a full refund. Hopefully, the company will act responsibly and refund my money. Stay tuned.

nobody was in the room when the front window shattered. the company WILL NOT answer its phones [at any of the numbers you might find online- why do they keep changing their number i wonder?] the company WILL NOT respond via email [i sent four in 2 days, within business hours, and never even got an auto response]
