used it once and went to use it a second time and it would not heat back up to tempature

This a great deep fryer with a couple of flaws. First time using this the plastic trim around the glass warped from either the heat or the steam from the fryer. The container that you use to filter the oil does not hold all of the oil in the fryer unless it is at the minimum mark. Other than those 2 flaws the fryer is pretty good.

This deep fryer is great, it’s the best when I have a party at home, I can fry many appetizers super-fast for the guests. Especially the option that allows me to fry different things at the same time, for example, croquettes and pork dough.
