Nice Fryer. I’m happy with it. This heats much faster than my old fryer that this has replaced and cooks very well. I added an extra cup of oil to it to so it covers my food better when frying. My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is because I feel it would have been benificial if the basket would have been about a 1/2 inch taller to help keep the frys inside the basket while cooking.
